From an almost accidental application to the National Institute of Fashion Technology in New Delhi, and his first creations, Arora's career took him to the studio and a clothing company in Paris with hundreds of employees, a place where his ideas and everything melts together in colorful culture, art, design and fashion. But while he is praised on the international stage, in India, where fashion designers are thought to be ladies' tailors, he is a controversial character.
