Greetings From Iraq

A documentary about the war and post-war experiences of Iraqi children and their families. The documentary takes viewers on a journey through a diverse and broken Baghdad. It features three families, from widely varying religious and economic backgrounds, who recount their memories of the war and are shown dealing with difficulties imposed by the embargo. It includes a Chaldean-Christian priest who introduces the malnourished children in his congregation and explains how these children are the direct victims of the economic chaos caused by the sanctions. Finally, it features a pediatrician who shows viewers the most disturbing victims of this conflict, severely malnourished and dying infants.
