An astronaut, Dr. Andy Thomas, answers questions about space travel, including how he sleeps, bathes, eats and stays fit in space. NASA footage illustrate these descriptions. The program helps to stir the imaginations of young children as to whether there is life on other planets and whether one day they will be able to travel into space themselves.
