Using Your Body
How does the body use its skeleton and muscles from infancy to old age? Our skeleton has joints so we can move into different shapes, but it needs muscles to make it move. Even children with physical disabilities participate in sport and dance activities. We need exercise to keep the muscles strong. We're not all good at the same thing, which makes us all different.
