This 6 part nature series examines amphibians and the struggle by biologists to save them. Some species are so rare that the biologists have given each individual its own name. AMPHIBIANS utilize unique footage shot from bird's and frog's eye view, under and above the ground, under and above the water. Fourteen different species, their living conditions, habits and their astonishing eccentricities are studied. <br><br> Frogs and their fellow amphibians are among the most fascinating of all fauna. We know the frog that turns into a handsome prince, and other frogs whose magic powers mean they can be used to adorn buildings and parks.
