OASIS OF PEACE is the story of a village in Israel where Jews and Palestinians, all Israeli citizens, have been living together as equals since 1978. The program examines the methodology of the village's SCHOOL FOR PEACE whose workshops address issues of prejudice and ignorance. <br><br> This video will promote racial harmony and understanding and should serve as a departure for further dialogue. This video documents the coexistence of two peoples, who have been taught to hate one another.

Ostriches can't fly, and though they only have two toes, they are one of the fastest animals on the planet. The only animal faster than an Ostrich is a Cheetah. Ostriches can run faster than a horse for up to 30 minutes without stopping. Ostrich eggs are up to 12 times bigger than a regular hen's eggs. It can take up to a year for an Ostrich to become full-grown.

The man mainly responsible for the conversion was the pre-eminent architect of Islam, Sinan.
